Dr. Spiller explained in detail what to expect, along with her findings on my hearing test. Then when I had challenges with my hearing aids, she was quick to have me come in and resolved it within 10-15 minutes and I was on my way again.
She normalized what I was going through, showing me she cares and understands what I am going through.

Dr Kelly Spiller went above and beyond with me when I went in to have my hearing aids cleaned and serviced. Not only did she give me a good lesson in how to do-it-myself (replace the domes, etc) she took the time to do the “computer magic” which improved my hearing noticeably.
The whole staff there in Belton is amazing.

I had called in to report a problem with one of my hearing aids. An appointment was quickly made and the staff was ready to help the moment I walked in the door. The affected hearing aid was tested and found to be not operating properly, and It was determined to be best to return it to the manufacturer for repair. I had several other questions about the use of my hearing aids and they were all answered.
It appears the attitude of everybody there was one of resolving the problem. No excuses; no delays.
