Very thorough and straightforward with exam and information.
I decided at the time of the appointment to order new aids but I need to explore other options, especially because I may receive assistance from Medicare. Therefore cancel the order for Oticon hearing aids

Dr Ralston listens to my concerns and shows genuine care for preserving my hearing issues. She is able to tailor my devices and app to fit my fluctuating ability to hear. She is the best as far as I am concerned!

Overall, I would say my experience was pretty good. Having some troubleshooting issues with the hearing aid, but I believe that that is an issue with the technology itself. Other than that, everything else went perfectly smooth
