I honestly didn't know what to expect with the whole hearing aid experience. I had considered the over the counter units. The ones we purchased are pretty expensive but I must say I think I made the correct choice. Your help and guidance probably made all the difference. So far I am very pleased with these units, as I type I can hear the clicking of the keyboard keys! LOL...Thanks.

Very thorough and straightforward with exam and information.
I decided at the time of the appointment to order new aids but I need to explore other options, especially because I may receive assistance from Medicare. Therefore cancel the order for Oticon hearing aids
