Dr. Ralston is the first specialist to help me understand the specific challenges of my hearing loss. Perhaps it is her own experience with hearing loss that made me feel she understood my dilemma. When Dr. Ralston suggested I could work with the limited hearing I have in my damaged ear, my attitude changed and I felt more positive than ever before. After almost seven years, it was good to be heard and understood. I am now working with what I have and it feels good.

I visited Dr Sara at the Broadway office and she was so very professional and caring making sure my hearing aids worked correctly very through while doing my hearing test she made me feel very confident that I was receiving the best quality of care. Thanks Dr. The world could use more of you
